Easy to use
DO NOT APPLY FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I did a free one week membership trail in June and within a few days of my trail on June 21st I was wrongly charged 46.00 to my account. I contacted them and they assured me I would have my money back in a week and that it was an accident. I have yet to receive my money back and have contacted them multiple times about the theft. Not only did they wrongly charge me but they also wrongly charged a friend, not sure if stealing money is a trend with this company. I will update this when I receive the 46.00 they stole.
Somehow my payments went from $40 a month to $75 without any explanation. Crooked much?
Update: money has been refunded on August 16 after a few more phone calls and weeks of waiting!
